This site is run by an FFL licensed dealer, this means I can deal in, ship, have shipped to, transfer, all types of handguns, rifles and shotguns with the exception of "NFA" weapons or "destructive" devices. I can upon request provide my license number and the name that license is under.

   The firearms industry is highly regulated by the Federal Government and any violation is a federal offense, I do not want to loose my license or freedom and be charged with a felony of any kind so you can be sure that if I state something is non-negotiable you can be sure I will not negotiate, so do not bother trying!

   All firearms sold on this site will be shipped only to a local Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer, of your choosing, as there will be no "in store" pick-ups, if you do not provide the name and license number for that dealer before or during the actual purchase, (there are places to provide such information), your order will be delayed and/or canceled, if I cancel your order I will provide you with a refund minus any fees that PAYPAL charged me for processing the order, I should not nor will I be penalized monetarily because you as the customer is unable to read and understand that which is wrote in numerous locations, I can only guess; here but if you refuse to provide the needed information in an attempt to force me to ship the firearm to a residential address, and continue to refuse after the oversight is brought to your attention, I WILL MONETARILY PENALIZE YOU FOR YOUR OWN STUPIDITY!    Ammunition has begun to be listed on the site, as there are liability concerns when dealing with ammunition, all ammunition sales will be final! There will be NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS CONCERNING AMMUNITION! Please be sure to purchase the correct caliber of ammunition.

   Ammunition may be shipped to a residential address as far as I know, however, shipping methods for ammunition has to be researched further but as far as I can tell ammunition is considered "hazardous materials" and will be shipped according to UPS hazardous materials shipping guidelines, further details to follow, no matter how ammunition will be shipped there are minimum age requirements even for ammunition and all shipments will require an adult signature to receive!

All need to know that the photographs are stock and do not necessary show the actual product you will be receiving!

Warranties; ALL WARRANTIES WILL BE HANDLED BY THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS IF SOMETHING SHOULD HAPPEN AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE, ALSO BE AWARE THAT PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE TAKEN OF ALL PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING TO DOCUMENT THE SHAPE OF ALL MERCHANDISE AS IT LEAVES MY LOCATION IN ROUTE TO YOU, ANY DAMAGE AFTER THE MERCHANDISE LEAVES ME IS THE SHIPPERS RESPONSIBILITY!
