   You need to be aware that, FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ME FROM SHIPPING A FIREARM TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, please this is a non-negotiable item, you have to provide me with a local FEDERALLY LICENSED FIREARM'S DEALER, of your choice, name and FFL number before or during the purchase so I can ship the firearm to them. I WILL ONLY SHIP FIREARMS TO ANOTHER FFL, THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE TERM!

   You need to realize that most firearm dealers will charge you for a fee to transfer plus an instant background check, as these fees are up to the individual FFL licensed dealer, I do not have any control over them, this is another reason for obtaining the ship to dealer before the actual purchase.

As everyone has noticed there is an added category of ammunition to the site, other then ammunition having to have to be shipped UPS ground as it is considered "hazardous materials" I do not know of any other restrictions other then age, an adult signature will be required to receive an ammunition shipment. With this in mind and unless otherwise advised ammunition can be shipped to a residential address.
